v0.13.2

This release adds a full in-app Activity Logs experience, improves diagnostics discoverability, and hardens indexing/runtime reliability so issues are easier to spot and troubleshoot.

What’s included

• Added a new Activity Logs page with tabs for Application , Errors , and Integrations events.
• Added a DB-backed log events pipeline and API route for reliable in-app log visibility.
• Added dashboard deep-linking from error counters directly to Logs → Errors.
• Moved Logs access from the sidebar into Settings → Monitoring & Diagnostics for cleaner primary navigation.
• Added safer model removal flow with backend guards and test coverage.
• Normalized canonical model IDs and tightened Ollama alias handling.
• Improved Files UX with centralized category labels and filename truncation polish.
• Upgraded and hardened the Docling PDF pipeline (docling-slim 2.93.0, orchestration/timeout/runtime packaging improvements).

Notes

• Compatibility: includes database schema migration to v4 on app startup for existing users.
• Logging scope: user-facing events are now stored for in-app review; disk logs remain available for developer/manual inspection.
• QA status: validated with full release gate coverage (make qa-full), including backend tests, frontend tests, typecheck, and production build.
