Removing the Modem and GPS from my Toyota 2024 RAV4 Hybrid

Do you have a source for this? I’ve never seen an insurance policy contain an exclusion clause for lack of cellular service or GPS signal. That doesn’t even make sense. Not having cellular tracking doesn’t make you more likely to have a car accident.
