Let say this happened.\n\nSenior exec: Hey, in the future we might want to remove the free plan or make it more basic ?\n\nHow it happen at Bitwarden:\n\nAnother exec: sure. let’s remove all wording that says it’s always free. ==> Big backlash.\n\nHow it happens at another company (Ente):\n\nAnother exec: Sure, let’s remove always free but specificy any existing user will be grandfathered in (that’s what they do for Ente Auth). ==> No big backlash.",
