I’m the developer of GeoSpoof, thanks for the mention to answer OPs question, yes if your operating system timezone is not the same as your public IP or geolocation browser APIs, then websites can and will deduce you are lying about your location. Usually this just results in content restrictions, but it increases your fingerprinting entropy. Aka it is super obvious who you are because not many browsers will have mismatched timezones and geo data. Up to you if you want to do anything about it with your threat model though.
