Koofr (Cloud Storage)

I am thinking to sign up. Anyone knows what about encrypted files? Won’t I be banned if I upload and/or share encrypted (for example via cryptomator) vault? And what about aliases? I don’t want to reveal my email, so can I use anonaddy (something like something@anything.anonaddy.me) alias? Because aliases is not disposable adress, and they should work. I just wanna be sure. Any inactivity policy? I wanna use Koofr as backup solution. So i will visit it once several months. Anyone know their support email? Because it looks sketchy (and suspicious) that they don’t have contact form like Proton do
