"textContent": "No_Name:\n\n> They only use a fraction of them that they lease/rent.\n\nI am not an MVNO expert. I have _heard_ this recently, but I have not yet seen actual evidence showing this is the case. Again I could just not be aware though.\n\nThey _do_ almost always have _deprioritized_ service. Usually data is prioritized like,\n\n 1. First responders [they all have special plans for these people but that is irrelevant to most of us]\n 2. Business\n 3. Postpaid users\n 4. The carrier’s own prepaid plans\n 5. MVNOs\n 6. Home internet plans\n\n\n\nOn some carriers some of these might be on the same tiers or there are sub-tiers, so it’s just as a _general_ rule. Some MVNOs can also negotiate better deals. I know US Mobile has higher priority as an add-on on AT&T.\n\nThis is something I’m gonna ask them about if I get a chance though.",
