  "textContent": "Found out the problem. I hadn’t noticed the date change on my laptop and it was set to a date in 2021! I tried setting the time to update automatically with ntp but that didn’t do anything. So I decided to reboot and go into the BIOS to change the time. After I did that the system for a few seconds had yesterday’s date but then it changed to today’s date. Now I can see all my latest commands in the terminal and apparently I have a lot of updates waiting.\n\nSo weird",
