Effective Parental/Self Control Solutions for Android?

I used to use Apple Configurator to remove safari and appstore on my iPhone. It worked great. Now, on GrapheneOS I used ADB to remove vanadium and appstore from a user profile, while the owner profile has a long password I have memorized. No distracting apps in user profile and nothing set up in owner profile. It works fine for me since the password is so long you can’t use the owner profile regularly—it takes like a minute or two to enter the password. You could also not memorize the owner profile password and have it written down in your basement/attic/friend’s house/with a friend/split it with a friend so they can’t see the whole thing. For me, just being long enough to be really annoying to type is fine because the time that you lose your self control is when it’s late and you just want to easily get that dopamine. I feel like I’ve obtained the same result as on iOS.
