New IVPN tiers now include modDNS, MailX and Portmaster PRO

hi @dada_goose - this should be unrelated to plan changes. please update your iOS app version, we had new releases recently. if the issue still persists, please email support at ivpn.net with your iOS and IVPN app version and steps to reproduce and we will look into it. thank you.
