Privacy of proton addresses

Hi, I have a paid Proton account which is attached to my custom domain – neither the Proton account nor the custom domain are attached to my identity, and the aliases generated for the custom domain are random. However, now that Proton adds services like Proton Meet, I would like to find a way to use them without losing the privacy benefits of my setup. If I were to add a Proton address (see the “My addresses” in the settings) with my name, would this endanger my privacy? I mean, Proton needs to know which address is associated with which account, right? I thought of getting a separate, free Proton account, but I do not think free accounts have Proton Meet. Also, if I imported that free account into my Proton desktop or mobile app, that would tie me to the non-free account, right?
