"textContent": "After some more research, it seems DFX is the only provider of direct fiat → Monero purchases in Europe (EU, CH, UK). All the CEX don’t offer Monero at all.\n\nSo the question is whether it’s better to buy Litecoin on a big CEX with KYC and then swap to Monero without KYC, or to buy Monero with KYC on DFX. The latter is easier and cheaper (in terms of total fees) and the only extra info revealed is that you bought Monero rather than Litecoin (so what? it’s not illegal). Once you have the Monero, nobody can see whom you pay with it and how much Monero you have in total.",
