Email strategy

Please help me figure out my email strategy:

• Main inbox - Proton (never exposed)

  • Routed to by SimpleLogin aliases (all services)

• Tuta - full name; for government/personal stuff

• ?Tuta - abbreviated name; for work-related stuff (applying to jobs, general contact to me)*

• Gmail - online name; possible future business enquiries/general contact for online identity (currently unused)

* maybe?

Questions:

1. Move government and/or personal stuff to a SimpleLogin alias?

2. Keep full name and abbreviated name emails separate or merge for simplicity & not too many accounts/inboxes?

3. Different email specifically for applying to jobs and/or job stuff? (maybe alias?)

What I want:

• No spam

• Privacy

• Not too many accounts

• Not too many inboxes to check

• Free

• Short TLDs
