Signal appearing with unknown Notes app in RethinkDNS (HyperOS)

Unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to be the case. I think this screenshot will explain this situation better than I will. When I tap Notes it will just attempt to redirect me to the app info settings page but it redirects me right back to this page. In contrast, tapping Signal will open its respective app info in the settings without problem.
