Yup, I took my screenshots there for this thread (via the EXIF editing tool). Probably any specialized EXIF removal app does it, too ( I tested ExifEraser). The point is, people need to be aware that their (app/)gallery may not do the whole job, especially one that is so commonly used as Fossify Gallery, it also only displays the most relevant attributes. Of course this makes sense for many users, as they probably want to archive their images via location or date taken. Similarly, Aves Libre shows all attributes, but also falls short to remove the exotic ones. I just tested Signal (Molly in my case) by sending an image to myself, and it strips all EXIF data.
