Proton VPN finally allows you to exclude locations (on Android)

Considering how “closed off” the internet is becoming in many countries including several in the West, it’s now good to exclude those you don’t want to connect to or do anything with. That said, I would prefer a State wise exclusion for the US too since not all states have the same internet freedoms.
