Florida special legislative session that will discuss age verification for AI use starts today

The Senate version of the bill is Senate Bill 2D. It was voted on today with 37 yays and 1 nay. Based a comment one senator made, it seems as though the Florida House will not be taking up the bill this session. We’ll see how that plays out over the next few days.
