Should I run Tor Browser on top of Tor VPN? Are there risks to that? Is there some technical reason this might cause a leak? Is it best to exclude Tor Browser from the VPN tunnel? This would be easy to do, I just have a hard time trusting that split tunneling is as secure overall.
