UK plans to pass law banning anyone born after 2008 to buy or smoke cigarettes

This is a positive v negative freedom argument. The kind that people love to make, whilst driving around in their licensed, taxed and insured cars. As to a specific year to cut-off smoking, it’s messy. But the other options of bringing in a ban at any stage are worse.
