Are work profiles effective at separating Google Mobile Services?

Hi! I have a question but let me explain what I did first, I managed to disable all of Google’s preloaded apps on my phone, but I wish to use them in a seperate container for work. Are work profiles effective in this case, or there’s no noticeable difference? I’d like to hear the communities guided thoughts, thank you.
