US national level bill to require OS age verification H. R. 8250

I can’t wait to see how this plays out, it’s gonna be hilarious. Imagine having to verify your age with some 3rd party API to literally live. Applying for jobs, shopping for basic necessities, even paying taxes… oh no, we need to see your ID before you’re allowed to type that word into your browser. There are some people who literally can’t go without the internet or digital devices, its been ingrained into lives in ways that it’s very difficult to remove. This whole situation is very numbing.
