VISA card vulnerability

I just finished watching this video a minute ago. I knew this would be Express Transit related but the interplay between that and Visa is interesting. I’d have to agree with Apple this is primarily a Visa issue, but Visa’s point that this is not worth fixing is probably accurate too. The issue with Visa’s stance though is that while they’ll allegedly refund you if this happens, I feel like the process to prove this happened to get that refund might be incredibly annoying.
