Hardening modern iPhone against forensic tools

I have a few questions…(sorry if I’m dumb) Do I need iCloud+ or an Apple ID to perform this hardening? And does it work on other Apple OSes (like iPadOS) as well? And can I configure a MDM profile via Windows VM on Qubes (and using iMazing) I am noob in Apple devices XD Thanks a lot.
