Stealthy RCE on Hardened Linux: noexec + Userland Execution PoC

Not to be negative towards the people behind “HardenedLinux” but is this something anyone actually uses? What even is it and why name it “HardenedLinux”? It’s not a Linux distro or a kernel fork with patches applied, it seems like it’s just a random set of utilities that may or may not be security related with no use or attention that they call hardened?
