What happened to the hidden text formatting feature on PG?

There was a feature in the text formatting options that allowed you to hide text. People typically used to address things that were off-topic.

I believe the code looked like this:

OFF TOPIC (click for more details)

What happened to it?

I don’t see it anymore in the UI.

Why does the code also not work anymore?
