Google rejects feature request for arbitrary DNS-over-HTTPS server support

The Private DNS feature is also a bit fucked. For example, it is impossible to use an own CA or/and self generated Certificate and android forces you to use a Certificate from a public CA like Let’s Encrypt. So I would be happy to see a change in this whole system. Source: Google Issue Tracker
