"textContent": "I’d guess that there are a few companies in this space, and they pitch the non-profits on the savings: no cards, rarely a lost card that requires reprinting. Maybe also a computer system to check visits and dwell time if tied to a camera in the lobby. Perhaps they also take over the email lists and print services for promoting events in email and mail.\n\nI was disappointed that my local art museum moved to one of these systems, and in the app, i see piles of other art museums. However, the local museum still lets members in if you show ID.",
