"textContent": "I just downloaded Book Story by Acclorite from F-Droid and it’s not working. I manually selected EPUB books on my phone to open, and Book Story is not an option to open it. Moreover, I added the folder where all my EPUB e-books are to be scanned, and it’s also not working. None of my EPUBs have been added.\n\nOk. I was able to manually add an eBook. **Is the only reading mode scrolling? Is there a way to turn page left to right?** I’m not seeing it in the settings.\n\nlandordragen:\n\n> I’m more than happy with Readest.\n\nReadest is promising, but it’s not quite there for me. It’s too buggy. It also doesn’t have the turn page animation that Apple Books And Google Play Books have.\nI am currently eBoox, which is also very buggy, but yeah, as far as I’m concerned there has yet to be a great cross-platform alternative to Apple and Google’s apps.",
