Ask about Trust Level for "Contributor"

Dear PrivacyGuides, I see we have some Trust Levels at Privacy Guides Community it includes “Contributor”. I contibuted ( refer at Privacy Guides Community ) but my profile is “Basic User” at Trust Level. I would like to ask that is some configuration issue? Thanks,
