I wrote this because I’ve been very disappointed by the general reaction to this law. I saw it linked here a while back before it passed, and thought it was good. It has issues, but people seem to be fighting back against it for all the wrong reasons.

Here’s a mockup I made of how an OS might comply with the law (I am not a lawyer).

I wonder how outraged people would be if this really is the worst that came of it. Personally, I’d like having this as a parental control even if the law didn’t require it.

Anyway, I’ll let my post speak for itself.
