"textContent": "I might be wrong since I haven’t used youtube alternatives for months, but isn’t the problem not Yattee itself, but that Youtube is working hard to block 3rd party frontends like Invidious and Piped instances, and to keep instance running many public Invidious and Piped servers are now blocking api usage from them, which Yattee relied on?\n\nI haven’t tried, but doesn’t Yattee still work when user self host Invidious or Piped server, and don’t block api usage from instance configurations?\n\nAlso, there is completely new version of Yattee on TestFlight, which says it has been rewritten huge chunks of code.\nAlthough this won’t solve the issue that most public instances don’t seem allow api usage these days to limit usage and prevent triggering Youtube’s rate limit.\n\ntestflight.apple.com\n\n### Join the Yattee beta\n\nAvailable on iOS",
