  "textContent": "<p>The <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https://chicago.suntimes.com/chicago-sky\" target=\"_blank\" >Sky</a> signed forward Chloe Bibby to a development contract, the team announced Tuesday.</p><p>The spot opened up after the Sky promoted <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https://chicago.suntimes.com/chicago-sky/2026/06/28/sky-sign-aicha-coulibaly-to-rest-of-season-contract\" >Aicha Coulibaly</a> to a full contract.</p><p>Bibby is a 6-2 forward who can shoot. She played nine games for the Fever last season and shot 39.1% from three in nine games. She will give the Sky a little more depth at the four spot. </p><p>She was most recently selected by the Fire in the expansion draft and played in one preseason game with them.</p><p>Bibby will be available for the Sky's next game against the Aces on Friday. </p><p>The Sky have used 12 of their 24 development games so far this season.</p><p></p><p></p><bsp-list-loadmore class=\"PageListH\"
