"textContent": "
Packers star Micah Parsons’ return from injury could be at home against the Bears.

The edge rusher told Green Bay reporters Wednesday that his torn left ACL, for which he had surgery five months ago, still needed another four months of healing.

If Parsons is cleared to practice, then, it would be in September. Players coming off such long layoffs typically practice for a couple weeks before hitting the field.

His return, then, could line up with the Bears’ Oct. 11 game at Lambeau Field. The Bears ended the Packers’ season in the playoffs, too.

Parsons told reporters that he was more worried about the end of the season than the beginning of it. He said the “goal for me is to complete the season … and playoffs and pushing towards a championship.”

",
