  "textContent": "<p>Someone left a little girl alone outside on a West Side street Monday evening, according to Chicago police. </p><p>The girl, believed to be between 2 to 3 years old, was found around 6:50 p.m. in the 4300 block of West Van Buren Street after a female left her and fled in a black SUV, police said. </p><p>The girl has brown hair with braids and was wearing a pink coat with maroon and yellow strips, a pink Mickey Mouse sweater, pink Hello Kitty shoes, pink<br>Adidas book bag containing diapers and an iPad with a pink case, officials said.</p><p>Anyone with information on the child should contact Area 4 detectives at 312-746-8251.<br></p>",
