  "textContent": "<p>An agent from the the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms opened fire at a robbery suspect Thursday morning on the Far South Side. </p><p>It happened during an ATF operation in the CPD 5th district near the 109000 block of South Doty Avenue, Mark Kavanagh, an ATF spokesperson, said in an email. </p><p>The agent discharged their gun at a suspect during an attempted robbery, he said, citing preliminary information. </p><p>No law enforcement personnel or suspects were injured but three suspects are in custody, and charges are pending, according to Kavanagh. </p><p>Chicago police referred inquiries about the shooting to ATF.</p><p><i>Check back for details on this developing story. </i><br></p>",
