  "textContent": "<p>A 40-year-old Chicago man was convicted of federal charges of sex trafficking a teen girl, authorities said on Friday.</p><p>Kennard Cameron was convicted Wednesday of sex trafficking a minor and conspiracy to engage in sex trafficking of a minor.</p><p>Cameron was accused of recruiting and enticing a 15-year-old girl to engage in commercial sex acts in 2023 in a motel in south suburban Lansing.</p><p>Authorities said Cameron photographed the girl wearing lingerie and in the nude. Cameron then posted the photos online and arranged for encounters with individuals who responded to the ads.</p><p>Cameron faces a 10-year to life sentence in federal prison, authorities said.<br></p>",
