Boy, 17, shot to death in Logan Square

A teenage boy was shot and killed in Logan Square on Saturday afternoon.

The boy, 17, was in the bedroom of a home in the 1900 block of N. St. Louis Ave. about 1:27 p.m. when he was shot in the head by an unknown offender, Chicago police said.

The boy was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

No one is in custody. Detectives are investigating.
