PC posted really weirdly today

So my system has been working totally fine for about a year now, i was playing on it perfectly fine last night. I booted it today and things are just weird. I have two displays, my main screen stayed completely black my second screen got display but locked itself to 60 FPS. My PC absolutely refused to connect to the internet with Ethernet plugged in, it just flashes the Ethernet symbol a couple time and turns into the little sphere looking icon. I can’t open Nvidia Control Panel at all if I right click the desktop and go to more options it doesn’t even appear and if I go to Start menu and search for it it appears but never opens when I click it.
