Multi-use AMD Desktop PC/Server/Workstation/HTPC/gaming system replacement ?

I currently have an AM4 based 5950x w/64Gb of ram on a AsRock Creator MB that has 2 RX6700XT Vid cards and a 930-8i raid controller w/ 6 14TB SAS drives I have been looking to finally step up to AM5 eventually but it looks like there are more problems like PCIE slots on AM5 other than just the DDR5 cost as an impediment. I have 5 monitors and a AVR/TV so 2 vid cards is imperative. Also, I currently have a dual 10Gbs/1Gbs ethernet on this MB on a 10Gbs router & switches lan and would like to upgrade to 10Gbs dual ethernet. Going Threadripper would be the obvious fix but the costs go up even more and it looks like CPU cooling is an issue on the newer CPUs. Anyone have thoughts or a crystal ball about going forward? I can afford to build within the costs I am seeing but I do not want to spend unnecessarily and I would like the best bang for my bucks.
