[BSOD] DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE ntoskrnl.exe 0x9f ?

So this BSOD has been bothering me for a while now it is not frequent but anooys me when it happens always after wake from sleep and browsing with Firefox for around 5-10 minutes:

System specs: MB: Asus X870E-E CPU: Ryzen 9800X3D GPU: RTX 4070 Ti RAM: Corsair Dominator Titanium 64GB @ 6000mhz (default Expo profile) PSU: Corsair HX1000i (the older version with the blue styling)
