No display and no GPU detected ?

Using a GTX 760 for last 12 years, thermal pasted and cleaned between the years, few days ago the display disappeared along with the GPU. Using remote desktop, there's no gpu there, it was greyed out and hidden. Ddu the Nvidia drivers, reseated the gpu , the cables, also again opened the gpu nothing is burnt or unusual or no burnt smell, applied thermal paste and started again, nothing. There's no display output from the gpu, and gpu doesn't appear in device manager. is the gpu dead ? I asked llms and provided them detailed hwinfo, and device manager data, claude does seems to give a more realistic answer, saying the gpu bga is dead. And it provided the oven/ heat gun solution as last try before ditching it. So what do you think? Is the gpu dead? Don't have a heat gun or oven, any other way to resolder it, - bga/main board, if that's what causing it. Any suggestions?
