  "textContent": "Hello!\n\nFirst time posting, thank you for your help in advance!\n\nThe past few weeks my GPU has been maxing out from ANY game - games with the graphical demand of minesweeper to ffxiv-anything takes it to 99-100 and it can and will start stuttering. Games I've played before with lower usage and no issues. I know the higher gpu usage generally the better, but I can't stream or multitask with this issue 🙁\n\nI ddued my drivers and installed fresh, toggled on and off any 'performance' or the like type settings, all the same\nI toggled off the hardware-accelerated gpu scheduling just to test and my gpu stopped hitting 100 but stays 70-80 but then my CPU shot up to 100% instead , which it also hasn't done until recently. I currently have left this off so my pc is usable while I am gaming.\n\nI did have windows updates turned off for a while, but recently started updating again, but I've this issue before and after recent updates.\nThe only other thing I can think of that I have software wise...\n\nRead more",
