Making Xeon a perfect workstation

Hello lads, I have a Xeon W-2245 in a Hp Z4 G4 workstation with 16GB ECC RAM and quadro basic card, i was running and server on it but now i wanna useit for daily driver and also running VM insid eit, if possible i wanna make it lil gaming like CS2 and basic games like rocket League, how can i optimized it in terms of add more hardware or repalcing existing ones. My use it developing and gamng plus using VM for application staging.
