  "textContent": "Hello everyone,\n\nI am having a problem with my PC where my download and install speeds are very slow despite having no network problems. In this specific instance i was installing the Silent Hill 2 enhanced edition, both on my PC and Laptop. On my PC the operation was estimated to take three hours whilst my laptop a matter of minutes. I tried again with other downloads with the same results. To my knowledge I have no abnormal network configuration but I also have no idea how to start troubleshooting. I used both the ethernet cable and over the wifi to no avail, when my laptop install was done over wifi. Any help would be incredibly appreciated.\n\nMany thanks.",
