Hard Drive Failure?

For clarity - there is next to nothing on this drive.
Put a spare HD in a PC a few weeks back.
It was 100% health, but over the course of a couple of months, it's now just 6%.
HD Sentinal reports:
The drive found 988 bad sectors during its self test.
There are 1199 weak sectors found on the disk surface. They may be remapped at any time in the later use of the disk.
5,804 start/stop count, powered on for 1162 days.
I've used HD Sentinel's "Short Hard Disk test" which has found what appears to be no errors.
Offline Uncorrectable Sector count: 194
Current Pending Sector count: 193
Just doing a read test now.
Should I just bin this HD?
