[OC] Live turbulence map

there's surprisingly no good live turbulence map on the internet that shows the whole globe so I built one over the weekend as an experiment it shows global turbulence as a heatmap, you can adjust altitude, scrub through time and see actual pilot reports as they come in by andrew_chmr
