Trying to create a service unsucessfully.

Since last week I'm trying to create a free service in my new account at x10hosting, but after a few moments I receive an email like this: "Hello, Your x10hosting service has been cancelled due to our system being down for maintenance during the time of creation. Please reattempt to create this service as needed. Thanks, x10Hosting Team" I'm trying so hard by I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong. Could You please help me. Thanks and regards.
