DNS TXT records not updating

Hi there,

As I try to validate my own SSL cert I need to enter in next TXT records, I have been doing this every 3 months since the weekly 200 SSL cert limit has been applied (not by you guys).

Anyway this time round it seems that my TXT records I put in don't propagate out, for example: https://www.whatsmydns.net/#TXT/_acme-challenge.ampers.x10.mx

Is there something funky going on with the DNS saving side of things, so that new records don't get pushed. Old records like...
