Getting an Error "Multiple Accounts" on my account dashboard

I teach my students mostly kids web design using Wordpress at no cost, and I recommend using X10Hosting. Some of them created their xhosting account using my laptop. I do not have multiple accounts to be honest, I have only one account to myslelf please. kindly please unsuspend my account please, I teach daily and this has affected my classess please. Error code: ECA66DC4CC3FC826E.
