Domain error that might be server side, please help!

I have an issue that I can't figure out how to solve, it may need to be on the x10 side. When I login, it says, "Could not find any domains associated with this service." When I go to Hosting Control Panel, it says that my domain is susannah.x10host.com. Domain Setup says that I don't have a domain and need to start by creating one, but when I type anything in, it says, "Invalid domain," and at the bottom, it says, "No Domains There is no default domain; you should start with creating...
