https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222/evo/login (user name and password) no longer working

Hi Officer: Suddenly I could not login my hosting control pane to access my wp website, and I saved my user name and password on google chrome and somehow it suddenly no longer work, and it also there is no option to reset password and user. What should I do? please advise and thanks
